Involved at a strategic level – SEN & Disabled Children & Young People 0-25 Strategic Board

Representation from health in all working groups including EHCP pathway and planning group and the Local Offer group

Exploring options for Joint Commissioning and Personal Health Budgets Briefings for senior management within the CCG Staff briefings within the Community Trust Briefing to staff at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital Monthly 1:1s with PACC Information to be circulated to GPs via monthly newsletters Involvement in PACC Conferences and Parent Partnership Service events
