    Recommendations for Evidence Based Policy Applications in the Labor Market

    Abstract Evidence is the knowledge that makes sense of the truth and the reality. It is a pre-experienced research finding of any topic. Evidence-based policy is an approach that advocates the use of accepted and proven evidence for decision-making. For the solution of any problem, it is the most effective and fast applications by taking advantage of previous experience and information. The aim of this work is to develop proposals for delivering solutions in the context of 'evidence-based' approaches, taking advan-tage of previous experiences, statistics and conclusions on recurring problems in the labor market. The developed suggestions are aimed to be beneficial to the relevant public authority undertaking the task of regulating labor markets. The subject at the theoretical level includes the interpretation of the litera-ture review then analytical crossings of the information obtained. The study is structured on twelve main topics. The first eight chapters are devoted to the conceptual, process and critique explanations of the evidence and evidence-based policy approach. In the following chapters, explanations and sug-gestions on the meaning, importance and usage of evidence-based policies in terms of labor market have been developed. As a result of the study the evidence-based policy model that can be used in labor markets is proposed with its processes. Keywords: Evidence, Evidence Based Policy, Labor Market, Employment
