RESOLUTION OF BAKER CITY, OREGON, ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET,MAKING APPROPRIATIONS, AND IMPOSING AND CATEGORIZING TAXES FORTHE FISCAL YEAR 2010-201 J.l. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ofBaker City herehy adopts the budgetfor the fiscal year 2010-2011 in the sum of $13,222,912 ($16,265,080 with the funds'unappropriated ending fund balances) now on file in City Hall, 1655 First Street, Baker City,

Oregon.2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of Baker City hereby imposes thetaxes provided for in the adopted budget at the rate of $6.3314 per $1,000 of assessed valuefor general operations; and that these taxes are hereby categorized for the tax year 2010-2011upon the assessed value of all taxable property in the City.
