In four years, enrolment in all development level programs grew to over 240 athletes. Responsible for hiring, training and management of 40 coaches, coordinator of all club communications, building and maintenance of website, email updates, annual program calendars and plans, and daily interaction with parents and stakeholders. Hosted multiple club and provincial-level race events, created and monitored the club budget and inventory. Organized all training facility bookings, and coordinated all race and event entries.
