PCAM Installation

Open the CD and click on the setup as shown in the figure:



Click Yes:



Now go to C:\PCAM and right click on PCB file and select Run as Administrator



Click Yes:



open PCAM software and click File>New:



component side click on Dir. And select .TOP in Gerber files and In Aperture file select .SMTOP

Solder side click on Dir. And select .BOTTOM in Gerber files and in aperture file select .

In Drill data select .drill_TOP_BOTTOM

Note: if double side PCB then in component side use .TOP file in Gerber file and .ADTOP in aperture file.



You will see your PCB in PCAM software



Click on counter line icon



using mouse select outer line as shown in figure. After selecting line will turn in white color



click on counter line offset icon



Click OK



After ok you will see below image



left click mouse on red box, it will turn in green color, then right click mouse on inner box



click on calculate icon



click OK



Click OK



click on File>Export EPQ working File



save generated EPQ file.
