  • Whether you click on the Send Email tab under Communicate or click on Contact Instructor, you will get the email dialogue window

  • Using Email.. A. If a student is going on vacation and wishes to inform all of their instructors they can send an email to all of their instructors at once. B. If a student is would like to send an email to one of their instructors, they need to click on To: and select the instructor they would like to email. Type the email message to the instructor(s) and then press send. The message will be sent to the instructor(s).

  • Using the Calendar.. The calendar can show you the days, months, or all the assignments that are owed. Assignments will show up on the left. Green check marks show that the assignment has been turned in or completed. If an assignment does not have a check mark next to it, it has not been turned in or fulfilled.
