APPLICATION PROCEDURE
a) For safety and emergency reasons, the Parents / Guardians are required to complete and update
the School Bus Application Form attached above with the accurate information.
b) The School Bus Application Form to be emailed to TAI BUS at [email protected].
c) TAI BUS is to confirm with the Parents / Guardians the availability of the seat within 14 working
days from the date the completed School Bus Application Form was received.
d) Upon confirmation of the bus service availability, the Parents / Guardians are required to make
payment according to invoice.
e) An official receipt and transport details such pick up time, drop off time and plate number will be
issued upon payment received.
f) For new admissions of the new school year, TAI BUS will only issue transport details such pick up
time, drop off time and plate number in December when the transportation arrangements are
complete.
CHANGES OR TERMINATION
a) In case of change of pickup point or drop off or to terminate the service, Parents / Guardians
should inform TAI BUS via email at [email protected] at least 14 working days in advance, so
TAI BUS can plan for the necessary changes.
b) This procedure has been put in place to keep the student’s safe as well as to help our daily bus
attendance record accurate.
SAFETY
a) For safety and emergency reasons, the Parents / Guardians are required to complete and update
the School Bus Application Form attached herewith with the accurate information.
b) Our vans and buses are air-conditioned, equipped with one to one seating with seat belts and
identified by the "TAI BUS" logo.
a) TAI BUS will work out the most practical and reasonable routes so as to reduce the travel time.
Maximum travel time (from first to last stop) is 60 minutes. All travel times will be also subjected
to weather, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.
c) Students are required to be ready for the bus at the designated pick up point 5 minutes earlier
before the scheduled pick up time. The driver is not allowed to wait more than 2 minutes past
the scheduled time for any students as this may cause delays in the route, placing other students
at risk and could also interfere with time on task in the classroom.

d) Parents / Guardians are to provide some type of identification on the child’s book, bag or
equipment.
e) Parents / Guardians are to assure that, when applicable, an authorized person will be at the drop
off point on time when the child is dropped off.
f) Parents / Guardians should inform TAI BUS if the student will not be riding.
g) The bus driver must have complete control of the bus to ensure the safety of everyone. The bus
driver will submit a discipline referral to TAI BUS for onward transmissions to the Principal and
Parents / Guardians for students whose behaviour to be unsafe. The principal and Parents /
Guardians will determine what disciplinary action will be taken to enforce student behaviour on
the bus. Parents will be financially responsible for any repairs resulting from the deliberate
damage done to the bus.
h) All students are expected to comply with the Code of Conduct so that everyone will have a safe
ride.
CODE OF CONDUCT
1) Students are required to be on time.
2) Students are required remain seated with their seat belts fastened while the bus is in motion.
3) Students must at all the time keep all part of their body such as arms and legs inside the bus.
4) Students are required to talk quietly and politely, no profanity is allowed.
5) Students are required to treat the driver and other students with respect.
6) No eating or drinking is allowed on the bus.
7) No pushing, shoving or fighting.
8) Do not throw objects of any kind out of the bus.
9) Do not litter, write on or damage the bus or seats in anyway.
PAYMENT
a) Payments for the school bus service are based on term basis, no pro-rated.
b) All payments for the school bus service are to be paid directly to the TAI BUS SDN. BHD.
