12 Tunnellers Starters Veteran Y You will be allowed to walk the courses, without your dog(s), ½ hour before judging for the classes begin. It is your responsibility to be available for your class and running order. You must run as close to your running order as possible.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS: Hoopers – A course made purely of Hoops. Barrellers – A course consisting of Hoops, Barrels and possibly Tunnels. Tunnellers – A course consisting of mostly tunnels but will use some hoops and/or barrels. Touch N Go - A course that can include Hoops, Barrels, Tunnels and 1 TanGo Mat.

NFC RUNS: NFC runs are available. A handler may choose to run NFC in any class in which they are eligible to compete. The handler must inform the scribe upon entering the ring before commencing their run. The handler then has the standard course time to train in the ring.

TOYS/TREATS: A silent toy may be held when running in Starters classes. The dog must not touch the toy. NFC handlers may use a licky bottle treat, a solid lick stick or a solid chew of some sort, E.g. pigs ears, stag bars, bull bars, horns etc. Training Treats/small individual treats may NOT be taken into the ring or carried in a treat bag on the handler's person. Chews that crumble or squeeze tube treats may NOT be taken into the ring.

DOG HEIGHT/S: Dogs who have not previously attended a Canine Hoopers UK Show may need to be measured. Measuring will be available - please indicate on your entry form if your dog needs measuring before judging of the first class starts.

Small – Dogs with an ulna measurement of 15cm or less Large – Dogs with an ulna measurement of 15.1cm or more

LEVEL CLASSIFICATION: Starters – All NEW dogs start here. Veteran – As per current CHUK rules.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pay on the Day Entries are accepted if capped numbers have not been reached. Pay on Day Entries are £4 per run. You must be CHUK registered and bring your (and your dog’s) CHUK numbers with you in order to enter on the day.

CATERING There is no on-site catering apart from hot drinks. £1 for unlimited hot drinks (tea/coffee) throughout the show. All helpers get unlimited FREE hot drinks. Please bring your own food.

PRIZES AND ELIGIBILITY FOR PROGRESSION Placement rosettes are awarded to 20% of pre-entered numbers. Q rosettes are presented for all unplaced, qualifying runs. In addition trophies are awarded as shown below, based on pre-entered class numbers.

5 or less dogs in class – no Trophy

6-20 dogs in class – 1st Place Trophy

21 to 40 dogs in class – 1st & 2nd Place Trophies

Only points gained in progression classes, as specified in the current Canine Hoopers UK Rules & Regulations, count towards a dog's progression to their next Level.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event that the show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Super Hoopers will refund fees, less reasonably incurred expenses. Refunds will be processed in the manner in which a competitor entered the show. Super Hoopers will refund fees within 3 months of the show date to all those who had entered and requested a refund within 1 month of the show date.

WELFARE OF DOGS: An exhibitor (or competitor) whose dog is entered at a Canine Hoopers UK licensed event should take all reasonable steps to ensure the needs of their dog(s) are met, and should not knowingly put their dogs’ health and welfare at risk by any action, default, omission or otherwise. A breach of this Regulation may be referred to the Canine Hoopers UK Committee for disciplinary action under Canine Hoopers UK Rules and Regulations. Remember to always pick up after your dog(s). All dogs MUST be kept on lead outside the competing arenas AT ALL TIMES. The use of pinch collars, electronic shock collars, or prong collars, is not permitted at any Hoopers show licensed by Canine Hoopers UK. This shall apply at the venue and within the precincts of the show. Space must be allowed for nervous and/or 'yellow coat/lead' dogs, we call these Cosmic Dogs. Competitors are required to move out of the path of a space required dog when 'COSMIC Dog' is called . PLEASE ADHERE TO POSTED ON-SITE SPEED LIMITS - NO EXCEPTIONS

SHOW PHOTOGRAPHY: There may be a show photographer/videographer in attendance, by participating in this public event you understand that images may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to printed publications, social media and online resources. If there is a show photographer present then details of how to view/purchase your images will be available at the show.
