WINGS/Landline CAF Approval - Sanchar Aadhaar
Visit Sanchar Aadhaar desktop application URL https://sancharaadhaar.bsnl.co.in/
If Mobile CSC, click on Mobility users. If Landline Commercial Officer, click on Landline users
In Log-in page, use Sancharsoft user ID for CM users and Landline CO, HRMS ID for landline

If Mobility user, click Switch to Landline button on top right corner. If Landline CO user,
application directly shows Landline dashboard page
On Landline page, there is a menu item that says DKYC Landline Wings Approval, click on that to view
list of CAFs available for Approval.

On click, there will be a complete CAF view displayed on the right side with images
adjacent to data
Click on the icon on top to get complete view of the CAF hiding menu view on the left side.
CAF details, POI front, POI back, POA front, POA back and photograph of the customer are displayed on
the right side.
Each photograph has controls to zoom in, zoom out, and rotate to get better view of the image to check
the data entered by customer/agent.
Officers should click on Approve button in case the case is accepted. In case it is not acceptable, click
Back button to take action on next CAF.
CSR/CO can also edit any field in case data entered is incorrect and validated with the photo ID proofs
submitted.
