HeyTell. Pre-Voxer push-to-talk messenger.

Skype. Allows you to talk/video chat with other users, very internationally recognized.

AutoCAD WS. allows you to view, edit and share CAD files, plus annotate and revise drawings

Projectbook. Alternative to Evernote, but not as prevalent in the market or compatible with other apps, but good for project managers to consider.
