S ATURDAY , M ARCH 3 9 AM 12 PM Rivers & Lands Conservancy owns and stewards the historic Mt. Rubidoux Peak, the Serra Cross and historic steps. Volunteers will help us remove graffiti, pick up trash, and beautify one of Riverside’s most iconic landmarks. For questions and to RSVP, contact Kristan Culbert at [email protected] or at 951 - 788 - 0670, extension 1001. WHERE: San Andreas Avenue trailhead. (Park at Ryan Bonaminio Park and walk up San Andreas Avenue about 0.2 miles to the trailhead. We will meet at the “Frank A. Miller Mt. Rubidoux Memorial Park” sign.) WHO: Open to everyone aged 7 and up. Participants must be able to walk up to Mt. Rubidoux Peak (~ 2 miles roundtrip), walk over steep, uneven terrain, pick up trash, and cover graffiti with paint. WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own reusable water bottle! Snacks, work gloves, and garbage bags will be provided. RSVP REQUIRED : Participants MUST email Kristan Culbert at [email protected] to sign up and receive a waiver for the event. This FREE event is limited to 30 participants sign up today! 9 AM—12 PM Rivers & Lands Conservancy owns and stewards the historic Mt. Rubidoux Peak, the Serra Cross and historic steps. Volunteers will help us remove graffiti, pick up trash, and beautify one of Riverside’s most iconic landmarks.
