ell us about yourself

I was raised in Durban and moved to Johannesburg to study at Wits University. My back-ground is in Industrial Psychol-ogy which I think has stood me

in a good stead for what I’m doing now. I am a Fashionista with a great love for different types of food (I try to keep it healthy). Basically I’d describe myself in a nutshell as an open-minded person with an optimistic outlook on life with strong family values.

Why HR

Human behaviour has always intrigued me so naturally psychology was the ideal field of study for me. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with different types of people and being able to be involved in the dynamics of people within the workplace was something I knew I would both love and be able to make a meaningful contribution to.

What is your favourite thing to do when you are not at work?

Its hard to narrow it down...I’m a great cook so I enjoy trying and creating new cuisines and then inviting my friends over to try it out. What words do you live by? I was raised to always be respectful of others and to be grateful for everything I have. What has also been pertinent to me is to never settle for mediocrity. What three things are on your bucket list?

1. I have never been overseas so that is definitely something I can’t wait to do.

2. I would love to attend fashion week at one of the major cities in the world.

3. Learn Salsa dancing and actually be good at it.
