I have gained 2.7 years of experience as Electrical maintenance Engineer with Pvd Salt Plant and IT Company, India & Saudi Arabia during installation, fault occurrence and shutdown. I feel confident to take charge of all responsibilities of electrical maintenance Supervisor. I installed cable Trays, Panels, Copper Cable puling and Cable Lay & Well experienced in Automation and Fault resolving techniques. I have had opportunity to resolve all issues and problems. Job descriptionProject Experience: (SAUDI AUTOMATIC SALT REFINERY) Automation design for the newly coming equipments for plant, such as including pneumatic valves, servo motor valves, vibrators, radars, sensors, floating switch, flow meters, VFDs etc. to the interlocking system. Supervise inspection activities at site with regards to proponent specifications and standards. Conduct inspection of cable Routing, termination jobs, power and control panel works, and cable tray installation works, grounding works and lighting jobs. Directed and co-ordinate operation maintenance and repair of equipment and system. Ensured continued innovation and development of all electrical system. Evaluated and maintained the preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Installation of Transformers, Boilers, blow molding m/cs, Injection molding m/cs, Motors, Mixers, grinders, printing m/cs, Filling m/cs, Motors drives, installations of Mitsubishi PLC (fx-series). Performing Transformer tests and motor test: Insulation Resistance test, Winding Resistance test and the Panel side Phase-Sequence test. Inspecting installation jobs, Design execution as per drawing. Installation & Commissioning of the VFD Panels (Allen Bradley & delta Mode). Travelling to locations on site and working both indoor and outdoor

Maintenance Experience

Making daily Morning report & Energy reading report from the Daily log sheets and sending to concerned persons as per requirement. Taking Preventive maintenance activities of Motors of plant as per schedule by observing abnormal sound, vibration & greasing of motors as per schedule. Maintenance of Squirrel cage motors, Split ring induction motors, Rotor fed ac commutator motors, generators, Boilers ,blow molding and injection molding m/cs, printing m/cs, packing m/cs, blowers. Driers, mixers. Fire pump of company as per schedule time table. Preventive maintenance of blow molding m/cs and injection molding m/cs by inspecting parison speed, cycle timer speed of carriage & if needed filling/replacement of oil. Maintenance activities of LV Switchgears at Shutdown times by cleaning, checking the tightness of all the Power & Control components & checking the control system & scheme of all the Feeders. Spare management for all electrical equipment like Protective relays. Planning & scheduling of job and manpower for normal and shutdown activity. Taking care of the materials required for routine plant maintenance and procurement of critical plant spares by preparation of detailed technical and commercial specification and issuing work orders, etc.

Project experience: (LOTUS POWERGEAR PVT LTD India) Commissioning of VFD for different applications such as AHU motors, Agitator, Crane, Conveyer, Machine tool, slurry pumps, and printing. Integration of vfd with different automation system such as PLC,DCS and protocols like High capacity pumps, screws etc.
