Logging into SAP Learning Hub
All user adoption edition users access the Learning Hub through native loginThere is an option for SSO enablement which would be done on per case basisThe URL is https://performancemanager.successfactors.eu/login?company=learninghub&loginMethod=PWD
This page is not configurable and is the same for all user adoption edition usersBoth username and password are case sensitiveBy convention, the usernames of allusers will be their email address inlower caseAll users will be prompted to changetheir password on first log inIf users forget their password, they canrequest the system to reset it and sendthem a new one via email

Team Leader Functionality – Reports & Assigning courses to users
Access to Team Leader functionality is defined by a linemanagement structure maintained within SAP Learning HubThe term used to identify a Team Leader within the Hub is‘Primary Supervisor’Users identified as a Primary Supervisor will have access toadditional Hub functionality under the ‘My Employees’ tabPrimary Supervisors should be identified during the deploymentstage so they can be added in bulk to the Learning HubHub admins have the ability to make manual changes to usersPrimary Supervisors to reflect changes

SAP Learning Hub User Adoption Edition Deployment Steps
1. The SAP Education Enablement Executive (EE) completes the deployment request form and organises a handover meeting with the SAPLearning Hub Delivery Manager. This form must include the SPOC from the customer side who will work with the deployment manager untilgo-live.
2. A SAP Learning Hub deployment manager will be assigned by SAP and a kick-off meeting held with the customer. This will cover :1. The templates relating to user and branding information
2. How reporting and the admin functionality works
3. Support channels, SLA’s and identification of key administrators
4. Overview of the provisioning process of instant producer and navigator, as part of the content factory service
5. A preferred go-live date will also be identified (minimum 3 weeks) from the kick-off meeting
3. A request will be submitted to the Op’s team to create a new generic SAP Learning Hub User Adoption Edition instance by raising a ticket oncomponent IMKPS_EDUC_LEARNINGHUB
4. Weekly meetings will be scheduled with the customer to track progress, answer questions and plan the info sessions for team leads andadministrators
5. Once the user details and branding information are available they’ll be uploaded to the Hub6. Link to instant producer will be sent to the customer after named admin users (entitled for upload of recordings, and to trigger content factory
service), and a preferred standard user name (used for all other instant producer users but without upload privileges) has been provided to theDelivery Manager
7. The deployment manager will hand the customer over to operations post go-live.
