Mountain Range IntroductionOne of the unique features of our Mountain range is the customers ability to stain or paint theequipment to a colour of their choice. As default, the Mountain range is supplied treated withTanatone, a child friendly preservative that not only protects the wood but gives it an attractivestained appearance. In the photos below, the images on the left hand side of the page are thedefault Tanatone finish that you will receive. The images on the right show the look you couldachieve by staining the products, in this instance with Sadolins Teak and Antique Pine stain in thetop image and Farrow and Ball colours in the bottom image.

To give an idea of what can de done, throughout the Mountain range section we have in somecases stained the products with Sadolins stain giving it a two tone effect. In other instances, wehave used Farrow and Ball colours. If you would like details of these, please give us a call.

Terms & ConditionsPLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONSCAREFULLY

1) Production lead times are calculated from the dateof receipt of your signed order acknowledgementand deposit cheque. Lead times can change on adaily basis dependent upon our order book.

2) The quoted prices are based on the assumptionthat easy access will be provided for our vehicles(which are 8’ wide) to within 25 metres of the areain which the equipment is to be installed. If this isnot the case, we reserve the right to levy additionalcharges.

3) It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide uswith a site survey plan (supplied by SantellaLeisure Products) including a plan of all routes ofall pipes, wires, conduits etc on the customer’sproperty. If the customer fails to provide the plansby the agreed date, we will not be liable for anyloss or damage perceived to have arisen as aresult of our actions. The customer agrees toindemnify us against any claims made against us.

4) If, having agreed an installation start date, ouroperatives are unable to commence work on theagreed day due to the site not being prepared asspecified, poor or inadequate access formachinery, delays caused by other trades ordelays outside of our responsibility, we reserve theright to levy a wasted day charge of £350 perinstallation team per day.

5) All Santella leisure products products carry a 10-year guarantee against timber rot and decay. Theyalso carry a one-year guarantee against faultymaterials and workmanship. However, timber willcontinue to adapt to atmospheric conditions and itis perfectly natural that some cracks, shakes andknots will occur. These do not affect the structuralstrength of the timber and are not, therefore,covered under the terms of this warranty. Damagedue to vandalism, abuse, Acts of God, severeweather conditions, abnormal usage andunauthorized third parties is also not warranted.This warranty will be made null and void if theproper maintenance schedules have not beenadhered to. Santella leisure products’srecommended maintenance schedule will bedispatched to the customer after installation.

6) Santella Leisure Products reserve the right tochange product specification without notice.

7) Goods supplied by the company to the purchasershall remain the sole and absolute property of thecompany as legal and equitable owner until suchtime as the purchaser shall have paid the full priceof the goods set in the invoice. Payment of the fullprice shall include, without limitation, the amountof any interest or other sum payable under theterms of this and all other contracts between thecompany and the purchaser. The companyreserves the right to enter any of the purchaser’spremises for the purposes of searching for,examining, marking or removing any goods whichhave been supplied by the company but whichhave not been paid for.

8) Deposits paid are non-refundable.

9) Payment Terms are strictly 25% deposit paid onplacement of order with balance payable on theday of installation.

10) Orders placed through any third party contractorswill require full payment prior to installation.

11) Where digging in of play equipment is requiredand, whilst we take care to ensure that minimumdamage is caused, we are not responsible for anyreinstatement unless otherwise specified.

12) For our playlodges, we recommend a damp proofcourse if the product is to be on grass/soil, orbetter still - a series of level flagstones.

13) It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure noplanning consent is required for any equipment orbuildings, prior to installation.

14) We reserve the right, at any time, to increase theprice of our goods and/or services in the event ofany variation in the cost to ourselves in supplyingthe same, or any part thereof, caused by anyreason whatsoever beyond our control.

15) It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure thecorrect free space is available for the equipment.

16) Errors and Omissions excepted “E&OE”

17) Except where indicated, our prices include fordelivery and installation on the UK mainland for allorders with an ex VAT value of over £1,250. In thecase of Scotland, South West of England andWales, a delivery surcharge may be levied.
