Closing the Circle Sludge Management

Primary stage water treatment & recycling

Through the introduction of a custom built water recycling and sludge management system you can achieve water recycling rates in excess of 95%.

We will specify a sludge management solution which will not only increase water recycling rates to more than 95% but will also eliminate the need for settling ponds.

Our AquaCycle high rate thickener will recycle more than 85% of process water back to your washing plant before delivering the settled sludge to your waste storage area or our sludge management system.

This effectively eliminates waste from your operations while also enhancing on site health & safety and the wellbeing of your site personnel.
