2014년광구(38mmCap)음료,어린이(Push-pullCap)음료,GMP인증음료생산이가능한Aseptic3호라인을가동하면서PET음료종류의다양성을

더욱강화하였습니다.음료개발에관련된전문인력과Pilot아셉틱설비를보유함으로써고객이원하는음료를개발하여제공해드리는것도가능합니다.

Since the first production of PET mixed tea in 2007, Samyang Packaging has extended the product spectrum continuously. In 2010 product portfolio included coffee, fruit juice, liquid baby milk formula, soy bean milk, processed milk, and mixed beverage. With the addition of the production line 3 in 2014, which is designed to use wide mouth bottle, and push-pull cap as well as conventional bottles and caps, we significantly widened the product spectrum including GMP products. We also have a small scale pilot aseptic line to facilitate the product development process. Even though our main business is OEM production, our product development team can also develop products according to customer’s requirement and specificication.

Heat-Resistant Bottles 내열병

고온(86~91℃)의내용물을담는용기로서Neck부분이결정화되어있으며,Body에Panel이있어병의변형을막아줍니다.주로과실음료,스포츠용

이온음료,커피등고온으로살균되는음료의용기로사용됩니다.

Heat resistant PET bottles are designed to resist thermal distortion during high temperature filling and sanitation process (86 ~91℃) as well as shrinkage or warpage during cooling process. Heat resistance PET bottles are used for products which require high temperature thermal sterilization such as fruit juice, sports beverage, tea, coffee, etc.

탄산가스가포함된청량음료를담는용기로서통상적으로4Volume이상의CO2가충전되므로,외부온도의상승에따라부피가팽창되면서병의외형이

변하기쉽습니다.이를방지하기위하여유선형의몸체를이루며,Bottom의중앙으로모아지는Foot이있습니다.

Pressure resistant bottles are designed to contain carbonated beverage with more than 4 volume of CO2. Inside pressure of this bottle can increase significantly when outside temperature rises. In order to prevent excessive deformation due to pressure increase, these bottles are designed to form streamlined body with petalloid shaped bottom.

후살균(65℃)처리를요하는저탄산음료를담는용기로서내압과내열성능을동시에보유하여야하는높은기능성이요구되는용기입니다.

These products are designed to contain low-carbonated beverage requiring post-sterilization at 65℃.


Normal Pressure Bottles 상압병

일반적인압력과온도의내용물을담는용기입니다.주로생수,간장,식초등의식품용기,소주,탁주등을담는주류용기등이여기에해당됩니다.

These bottles are used for products which is produced, stored, and distributed at atmospheric pressure and moderate temperature. Typical application includes mineral water, vinegar, soy, sauce, alcoholic beverage, etc.
