PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENT

ow, therefore, it is agreed as follows

1. ny and all roerty which belongs to each of the abo#e artiesshall be, and shall fore#er remain, their ersonal estate,

including all interest, rents, and ro$ts which may accrue fromsaid roerty, and said roerty shall remain fore#er free ofclaim by the other.

2. 3he arties shall ha#e at all times the full right and authority, inall resects the same as each would ha#e if not married, to use,sell, en4oy, manage, gift and con#ey all roerty which mayresently belong to him or her.

. &n the e#ent of a searation or di#orce, the arties shall ha#e noright against each other by way of claims for suort, alimony,

maintenance, comensation or di#ision of roerty e6isting ofthis date.

. &n the e#ent of searation or di#orce, marital roerty ac7uiredafter marriage shall ne#ertheless remain sub4ect to di#ision,either by agreement or 4udicial determination. &n addition, in thee#ent of di#orce, husband does agree to ro#ide to *3*&*38898, wife, the sum of i#e Million esos e#en (h5,000,000.00) and 3wo undred 3housand esos (h2oo,ooo.00) monthly allowance.

5. &n the e#ent there are children born during the marriage, eachwill recei#e 3en Million esos (h 10,000,000.00) and a monthlyallowance of ifty 3housand esos (50,000.00) until maturity.
