OPERATION HOURSDevasom Spa | Wellness is open daily from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Spa treatment before 11:00 AM and after 8:00 PM is available upon request. A minimum of one day booking in advance before 6:00 PM is required.

RESERVATIONSWe highly recommend advance booking to secure preferable time. Please call or visit the spa, one of our spa receptionists will assist you.A credit card number is required to secure your booking for non-resident guest. Walk-in guests are welcome and treatments are subject to availability.In-Villa massage is available, reservation required. An additional charge applied.

CANCELLATION POLICYShould you need to cancel or rebook your Spa Treatment, we do require a minimum of four hours’ notice to avoid being charged 50% for your treatment time.

SPA ARRIVALYou are encouraged to arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior your treatment time. This will allow smooth check in and opportunity to relax before your treatment. Late arrival will subject to shorten your treatment time. Mobile phone, smoking and alcohol are not permitted in Devasom Spa | Wellness.

SPA ATTIRE AND VALUABLESWhen you arrive for your treatments, you will be provided with bath robe, slippers and your locker. We recommend you leave your valuables in your room or villa as Devasom Spa | Wellness does not assume responsibility on lost items.
