Step1: Install the samba package.

Step2: Check the service of smb daemon.

Step3: Restart the smb daemon.

Step4: Permanently restarting the service.

Step5: Create a User and set a password.

Step6: Adding user to samba users list

Step7: Create “linux” to share.

Step8: Set full access to “linux”

Step9: Go to 7 last lines of a configuration file and paste it at the bottom.

Step10: Below is the customized configuration file.

Step11: Go to Samba-Client and check the samba information.

Step12: Connect to Samba-Server with valid samba- user, once done download the files.

Step13: List the files.

Step14: Create some files, connect to samba-server and upload the files into the server.

Step15: Go to Samba-server and locate the files.
