Background and Experience Representative Businesses Sally is founder of Translational Consulting, an executive consulting and coaching practice that works throughout the country. She is a leadership coach and facilitator in Executive Education at Harvard Business School, including their Advanced Management Program. She is on the faculty at The Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University where she helped launch and teaches in their Executive MBA for mid-career physicians. She was Associate Medical Director of Merit Behavioral Health. Sally is a Founding Fellow and advisor of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School and co-founded The Boston Executive Coaching Roundtable, a group of Boston’s leading executive coaches. She is on the Board of Directors of two healthcare nonprofits: Care 2 Communities and The EDI Institute. She is also co- founder of Hatun Runa, a nonprofit doing medical development in the Peruvian Andes. Early in her career, Sally was a newspaper journalist, script consultant, and on-air host for an Emmy award winning children’s program.
