‘Posseidon’ Building, SARANDA

‘Posseidon’ Building in Saranda is located in the road from Hotel Butrinti to Ksamil, 700 m – 750 m from Hotel Butrinti in the City Center. The building has a Sea View with Corfu in front.

The building ‘Posseidon’ has 8 Floors: One floor is for parking, one floor is for Services, five Floors are with 8 apartments in each Floor and, the last floor is the Penthouse with 2 apartments. The building has the official approved permission of construction from the Town Planning office in Saranda City Hall, signed and timbered by the Mayor of Saranda.
