Mission The Archdiocese of New York has launched an exciting mission and evangelization program called Revive: Faith Every Day throughout the parish clusters. Revive will be held here at St Joseph’s for our cluster on Monday, May 15 , Tuesday, May 16th- ( opportunity for Confession), and Wednesday , May 17th- ( Mass with the Anointing of the Sick) . Each night there will be scripture readings, reflections from lay witnesses and a talk led by a priest from one of our religious communities here in the Archdiocese.

The Mission will begin each night at 7pm in the Church. Please come join us and bring a friend.

Cards to sign up for Revive are at the entrances of the Church. Either way, whether you sign up or not, please come! The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick can be administered to a member of the faithful who meet these three conditions:

1. A Baptized Catholic 2. Reached the age of reason 3. Begun to be in danger from illness or infirmities of age, or have become sick again or un-

derwent a further crisis. The person does not have to be in imminent danger of dying. E.g. - sick person before surgery, elderly who are weak.

Those who receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick must have the proper disposition. This includes the confession of all mortal sins since the person’s last good confession.

Unfortunately, we cannot arrange masses over the telephone. We ap-preciate your understanding. Unannounced (No spe-cific date or time) Mass Cards are always available. The stipend is $15.
