Page 8: SAI Mixer 2013 Southern Guards Army ROTC. 0900- Welcome and Refreshments 0915- Introductions 0930- Guest speaker Wofford Update 1030- Break 1045- Scholarship

Scholarship Allocation Process• Allocation Process does not change:

– Brigades give each school allocations based on commission mission

– 20% of allocations reserved for “one time” on-campus offers• HQCC offers ~ 2 scholarships per available allocation

– Offers continue until allocations are filled– Allocation fill is based on accepts/declines

• PMS awards on-campus allocations after National Scholarship Application Closes (March) – Primarily for incompletes, non-applicants and non-selects after

the last board– Used for prospects still in consideration if they are admitted to

the school making the offer• Unused funds roll over• Mid-Course Review to ensure all schools remain viable

Page 11: SAI Mixer 2013 Southern Guards Army ROTC. 0900- Welcome and Refreshments 0915- Introductions 0930- Guest speaker Wofford Update 1030- Break 1045- Scholarship
