Identify the best way to resource and deliver youth development in order to- Increase and retain youth participation- Strengthen clubs- Improve affordability- Provide pathways for talented sailors to State Institutes
Interim Findings- Youth sailors should to stay within club environment and develop stronger linkages with clubs- AS resources redirected from coaching individuals to assisting clubs and training coaches- Talent ID gt sailors offered training partnerships with State Institutes

SA Youth EventsAfter receiving feedback from our junior and youth sailors we have revamped the youth regatta program for season 19-20 The Tri Series will now be made up of a country regatta on the October long weekend the SA Youth Champs (to be held in November) and a metro regatta in February
The EOI closes 19th July 2019 and the venues will be advised by the end of July
Club Event DaysThese are days set aside to ensure maximum participation at Club racing (no Class States and no Australian Sailing activity on these Saturdays)

SA Youth EventsAfter receiving feedback from our junior and youth sailors we have revamped the youth regatta program for season 19-20 The Tri Series will now be made up of a country regatta on the October long weekend the SA Youth Champs (to be held in November) and a metro regatta in February
The EOI closes 19th July 2019 and the venues will be advised by the end of July
Club Event DaysThese are days set aside to ensure maximum participation at Club racing (no Class States and no Australian Sailing activity on these Saturdays)

Identify the best way to resource and deliver youth development in order to- Increase and retain youth participation- Strengthen clubs- Improve affordability- Provide pathways for talented sailors to State Institutes
Interim Findings- Youth sailors should to stay within club environment and develop stronger linkages with clubs- AS resources redirected from coaching individuals to assisting clubs and training coaches- Talent ID gt sailors offered training partnerships with State Institutes

SA Youth EventsAfter receiving feedback from our junior and youth sailors we have revamped the youth regatta program for season 19-20 The Tri Series will now be made up of a country regatta on the October long weekend the SA Youth Champs (to be held in November) and a metro regatta in February
The EOI closes 19th July 2019 and the venues will be advised by the end of July
Club Event DaysThese are days set aside to ensure maximum participation at Club racing (no Class States and no Australian Sailing activity on these Saturdays)

SA Youth EventsAfter receiving feedback from our junior and youth sailors we have revamped the youth regatta program for season 19-20 The Tri Series will now be made up of a country regatta on the October long weekend the SA Youth Champs (to be held in November) and a metro regatta in February
The EOI closes 19th July 2019 and the venues will be advised by the end of July
Club Event DaysThese are days set aside to ensure maximum participation at Club racing (no Class States and no Australian Sailing activity on these Saturdays)

SA Youth EventsAfter receiving feedback from our junior and youth sailors we have revamped the youth regatta program for season 19-20 The Tri Series will now be made up of a country regatta on the October long weekend the SA Youth Champs (to be held in November) and a metro regatta in February
The EOI closes 19th July 2019 and the venues will be advised by the end of July
Club Event DaysThese are days set aside to ensure maximum participation at Club racing (no Class States and no Australian Sailing activity on these Saturdays)
