Please fill in this feedback form and send back to us with the best entries of your students for the national painting competition under the theme ‘Paint your world of animals!’ and/or letter-writing competition under the theme ‘Keep Wild Animals Wild’.

Upon receipt of a filled feedback form, duly signed by a competent school authority, we will send you a small token of appreciation from the AAE team for helping spread our message on wildlife conservation and animal welfare among your students.

Please note the feedback form along with the entries must reach Animal Action Education, Wildlife Trust of India, F-13, Sector-8, NOIDA-201301, not later than December 31, 2016, to be eligible for the competition. You may also opt to send a soft copy of the completed form to aae@wti.org.in

This year onwards, we are also rewarding the educators, who use innovation and conduct additional activities (round the year) to instil love for nature and environment among their students. This form therefore makes you and your school eligible for the newly instituted IFAW-WTI Green Educators Award.

The schools will be ONLYjudged based on your replies and attachments associated with section-A of this feedback. Activities conducted after submission of this feedback form, can be reported via email to aae@wti.org.in, to strengthen the case of your school.

Please be sure to mention all the activities that you have conducted (even if you have to add an extra page) and provide us evidence (such as photos, videos or news clips) to help your school win!
