We welcome Rev. Karen Toole, our guest minister for July.Her theme for the messages that she will share with us:
A July Pilgrimage of Faith….The Basics and Beyond“There is an ancient tradition of faith called Pilgrimage. Usually that meant walking on a specially designated “holy” walk. However, pilgrimages can also be done as sacred trips within ourselves, to the source of our being.” We will have the opportunity in the five weeks to join in a quest,to question, to discover and renew our sacred sense of why we are here! The message title for each of the remaining weeks will be as follows: “This Building; This Being; This Believing and This Belonging.”
A thank you letter from Reverend Dr. Sharon Wilson was received. For anyone who is wishing to read her thank you message to this congregation; the Letter is posted on the Bulletin Board outside the office door.
Recovery of Hope Counselling Service, based in Winnipeg, is seeking a Program Director.This part time, permanent position is responsible to give overall program direction and supervision to the Recovery of Hope Counselling program in keeping with the vision and mission as established by the Board of Directors. Post-Secondary Education and/or experience in a related field including business administration, program coordination and/or clinical services is required.
