Programmed and installed accelerometers and thermocouples onto a 3D printer to monitor vibration and temperature at various

locations inside the printer while it was manufacturing parts

Printed sample parts at various extruder temperatures and flow rates to record sensor data for future quality analysis

Performed fatigue strength and fatigue resistance testing on the sample parts to determine the optimal printing conditions to yield

the strongest and most durable 3D printed objects
