Why Open Access Network?
ARRA funds need to build the capability of many carriers to reach the end user
RVT - Joins with States, Municipalities, Non-profits or Others to enable multiple service providers to compete over the same network helping subscriber’s get the best prices and services possible
Support local and regional broadband deployment in underserved and un-served areas
Short-term: Service Providers can increase revenue quickly by utilizing the Open Access Network (ONA)
Long-term: OAN owners secure continuous revenue from service provider to sustain the availability. OAN is not dependent on one carrier

Challenge #2: Know the physical locations
Where IS the True Demand?Within a short amount of time, an aggregation map is available to all Carriers with prospective customer information and requests.
Marketing, sales and engineering departments utilize this information for focused promotional marketing and network build focus.
Customer locations are aggregated to align and test network availability.
Aggregation also defines un-served groupings of customers.
