4000-5000 liters in a 8-10 hour period can be doubled

with 24 hour operation.

At least once every 10 hours the processing set-up

needs cleaning. The cleaning set-up time can be up to 2

hours. Hence, the processing set-up can actively be

utilized for a maximum of 20 hours ( i.e., a maximum of

10000 liters capacity per day)

190000 Euros for the entire machine set-up (excluding

homogenizer) and installation. ( INR 1.15 to 1.25 Crores

depending on the currency conversion rate between

Euro and INR).

homogenizer) and installation. ( INR 1.25 to 1.35 Crores

depending on the currency conversion rate between

Euro and INR).

1. The complete processing line will be provided

The above costs do not include transportation from

Rotterdam port to the port in India and any

custom/excise duties that needs to be paid.

There are at least two revenue sources with this

project:

1. The first is the core revenue source which is

associated with the sales of the packed curd

2. The second is an alternative source which is the

sale of white cream which is obtained by taking

out the excess fat form the milk

The potential of each of the sources is dependent of the

solids in the raw milk and the solids that are

used/retained within the curd.
