Sub: Representation for the post of LDC in NZP.

Honble Sir,

With due respect, I would like to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration andnecessary order please:

1. That I am working in the National Zoological Park as Peon.2. That I am B.Com Pass since1983.

3. That I am working in the zoo since 1970 and started my career as labour and afterthat in 1978, I was regularized as Attendant as a Group D employee.

4. That, Sir, in the year 1993 my post was changed as Peon on the same scale.5. That since my joining as a regular staff I was assigned the duty of class III employee

on various occasions viz. Counter Clerk, Booking Clerk, preparation of ration challan,maintaining of ration distribution record register and other miscellaneous record,which is evident from the orders. Copies of all letters/ orders are enclosed for yourkind perusal please.

6. That, Sir, the Group D employees were promoted as LDC in the zoo in1986 andthereafter no Group D employee was promoted.

7. That there are two posts of LDCs lying vacant in the zoo, which is evident from thereply received as RTI, copy of which is enclosed.

8. That I made many representations to the zoo authorities requesting to promote meas LDC but not single representations were neither replied nor considered at all.Copies of representations are enclosed herewith.

9. That after hearing no reply from the zoo authorities, I made requests to theSecretary, Ministry of Environment & Forests, Director General of Forests, Ministry ofEnvironment & Forests, Director, Forest Establishment Section, Ministry ofEnvironment & Forests with a hope that they would do justice to me so that the zooauthority may dispose of my representation, but that also did not yield any result.Copies of representations are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal andconsideration please.

10. Lastly on 10.08.2010, I submitted reminder to all the above authorities and their replyis still awaited. Copies of representations are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal

and consideration please.11. Sir, still I am doing the work of LDC in the zoo but my genuine promotion is denied.

Copy of order issued to me to work on the post of LDC is enclosed.

With a great hope I am writing to your Honour that your goodself shall render justice to me. MyLord, after your personal intervention my withheld genuine promotion shall be made by the zooauthorities.

Sir, I spent my youth in the zoo and worked with sincerity, dedication and without any problemto the zoo authority. I may like to mention that my retirement is nearing and I shall retire inMarch 2015 and I am hopeful that before I retire from service, I shall get at least single and last

promotion as LDC, if you would be kind enough to order the zoo authority in this regard.
