Brigade Property Book Officer (Chief Technical Advisor)

• Expertly managed over 12,024 theater property book equipment, ensuring 100% theater property equipment was turned in or laterally transferred in support of the Brigade’s (widely dispersed orga-nization) retrograde operations.

• Trained each Battalion S4 (Senior Technician) on the theater’s Purchase Request & Commitment program, resulted in the successful procurement of Brigade wide requirements valued in excess of $255,000. Assisted in the developing of the Brigades (widely dispersed organization) property distri-bution plan, accounting for property valued in access of $580 million and spanning 240 kilometers.

• Trained and coached seven BN S4s (Senior Technician) and 22 Supply Sergeants in preparation for the Division Command Inspection Program, resulting in a 100% pass rate and impact awards for two company supply sergeants.

Senior Supply NCO (Senior Technician)

• Expertly served as the Brigade Contract Officer Representative (COR) for 45 contracts with an esti -mated value of $15 million. Ensured all life support and logistical requirements were resourced for the entire Brigade (widely dispersed organization). Developed and executed Financial Liability In-vestigation for Property Loss education courses for all investigators in 1st Brigade Combat Team (widely dispersed organization). Effectively managed and processed over 100 Financial Liability In-vestigation for Property Loss for 1st Brigade Combat Team maintaining 100% property accountabil-ity. Successfully used the Command Supply Discipline Program to train six battalions on supply op-erations that resulted in an overall satisfactory rating for the Division Command Inspection Pro-gram. Held NCOIC (Senior Technician) Brigade Contracting Officer simultaneously with great suc-

cess; received commendable comments from superiors. Provided COR oversight for life support for over three thousand personnel and commodities valued over $17.3 million for 6 Battalions.

• Trained Selected over eight other eligible Senior Leaders to attend the Master Resiliency Trainer School at the University of Pennsylvania. Then trained over 500 personnel on MRT skills enabling a company to meet the quarterly training requirement. Provided guidance and mentorship, which en-abled seven 1st Brigade Combat Team (widely dispersed organization) supply sergeants. To com-petently and capably execute the ballistic Plates Turn in process valued over $2 million dollars. Thoroughly provided administrative oversight for in and out processing of over 3200 personnel.

Brigade S4 Sergeant (Senior Technician)

• Developed and coordinated with REC-North Regional Contracting Cell and Finance detachment to establish the Field Ordering Officer Program. Which was used throughout the Area of Operation to train all Field Ordering Teams. Screened over 400 letters of Justification’s for the Brigade ensuring 80% approval rate and zero personal losses.

• Supervised and assisted the instruction of 220 Field Ordering Officers and Pay Agents for all of RC North. Received, issued and accounted for 18 separate projects worth $20 million worth of Rapid Equipment Fielding equipment for the BDE (widely dispersed organization). Established the proce-dures for the Brigade Field Ordering Officer (FOO) Program for over 28 FOO Teams drawing over $5.7 million dollars with no loss of funds. Supervised and assisted the instruction of 220 Field Or-dering Officers and Pay Agents for all of RC-North.

Senior Logistics Planner/Observer Controller (O/C)

• Meticulously managed coordination of more than 17 Fort Polk Installation support agencies for 3 In -fantry Brigade Combat Teams (widely dispersed organization). Superbly planned and prepared de-tailed products for five initial Planning Conferences and three Logistics Conferences. Increased the functionality of three rotational units logistical reporting and tracking systems through doctrinal coaching, provided a clear common operational picture.

• Received 1/101 widely dispersed organization “Coin of Excellence “ for his performance during company After Action Reviews, and guidance given to the Forward Support Company Motorpool, Forward Arming Refuel Point, Ammunition Handling Area, and Administrative & Logistical Opera-tions Center.

Aviation Battalion Supply Sergeant (Senior Technician)/Mentor (T/M)

• Trained and mentored over 80 personnel in four different MOS’s; 92Y Unit Supply, 42A Human Re-source Specialist , 92F Petroleum Supply Specialist, 68J Armament/Missile Repairer.
