Rocco started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1993. Rocco gained significant experience in the audit of multinational clients and listed international clients preparing financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP.
During his tenure with PwC, Rocco was seconded to PwC UK, where he served as manager in auditing various multinational groups.
Throughout his career Rocco has acted in the audit and assurance sector serving many large manufacturing companies and has specialized in cross-border engagements.
Rocco has significant experience in due diligence services, business valuations and in implementing or reviewing compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley activities required as part of the audit engagement procedures.
In 2007, Rocco founded RSM Italy and he is currently the Managing Partner of RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A.
Giuseppe Caroccia
Partner
Giuseppe started his career in 2000 as a professional with Mazars SpA, an auditing company belonging to
the multinational French group Mazars & Guérard.
In 2005 he joined an auditing company registered with the Ministry of Justice where he served as partner
and then as director in auditing various multinational groups.
Throughout his career, Giuseppe’s activity was aimed at supporting businesses and entrepreneurs in the
early stages of acquisition or disposal, development, operational discontinuity, restructuring and
reorganization.
In 2011 Giuseppe joined RSM and he is currently partner and Member of the Board of Directors of RSM
Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A..
Calogero Montante
Partner
Calogero started his professional career in 1987 at KPMG where he carried out audit and corporate finance activities for primary clients such as Banca del Popolo and Gruppo ENI.
In 2000 he joined Sviluppo Imprese S.r.l, a management consulting firm. He also finalized several projects in the field of project finance.
Calogero has significant experience in due diligence services, internal audit, company valuation, accounting organization, financed and co-financed project reporting.
As an Auditor working in private practice he also has a significant experience in various types of industries, such as finance, agribusiness, energy and tourism.
In 2011 Calogero joined RSM and he is currently partner and Member of the Board of Directors of RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A..
Matteo Bignotti
Partner
Matteo started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1991. He was mainly in charge of audits of public and private companies.
In 2003, he continued his career working for an Italian auditing company in Brescia where, as partner, he carried out various audits for medium and large companies.
Matteo has significant experience in due diligence services and business valuations developed during the different phases of his audit and advisory professional life.
In 2011 Matteo joined RSM and he is currently partner and Member of the Board of Directors of RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A..

Andrea started his professional career in 1998 at KPMG where he carried out audit and corporate finance activities for
primary clients.
In 2001 he joined the Investment Banking department of Banca Profilo S.p.A., an Italian bank listed on the Milan Stock
Exchange, where he was involved in many M&A and Private Equity transactions as senior analyst and then as director.
Among the deals of M&A, Andrea acted as financial advisor in the acquisition of the Italian businesses of HSBC’s private
banking, the transfer of assets of Parmalat in A.S. and the acquisition of the Swiss bank Societè Bancarie Privèe.
As far as the activity of private equity is concerned, Andrea was Director of Spinnaker PE, working through the phases of
fundraising, set up, investment and divestment.
He followed the acquisition and the sale of Cantieri Navali Baglietto and Cantieri di Pisa, of which he was a member of the
Board of Directors, Eurofly and Giacomelli Sport.
In 2010 , Andrea joined RSM Italy to lead the corporate finance activities. He is currently one of the global leaders of
RSM International corporate finance practice.
Alberto Cerini
Partner – Head of Restructuring & Turnaround
Alberto started his professional career in 2001 at EY where he served for several years listed and unlisted
international industrial companies working both in Italy and in the UK. During this experience Alberto has
gained competencies regarding transaction support, audit, IFRS conversions, US and UK GAAP.
In 2012 Alberto set up his own Firm specialized in Restructuring and Turnaround services providing
advice to handle corporate insolvency cases or improve business performance to enhance stakeholder
value.
Alberto has then joined RSM as a Capital Markets Partner in September 2015 where he leads the
Restructuring and Turnaround Italian service line.
Massimo Paturzo
Partner
Massimo started his professional career in London in 1996 for a tax firm dealing with the structuring of
cross border deals.
In 1998, Massimo joined KPMG in Milan and in 1999 he started to work with La Compagnia Finanziaria
Merchant Bank. In 2005, Massimo joined CIPartners, a private equity fund.
Throughout his career, Massimo gained a significant experience in investment management, cross
border M&A with emerging markets, in diverse industries including renewable, heavy industrial,
pharmaceutical, retail/wholesale distribution, financial services and manufacturing.
Massimo confirmed also his ability to improve operations, impact business growth through achievements
in finance management, acquisitions, internal controls and fiscality related to Italian and international
operations.
In 2013 Massimo joined as a Partner RSM Italy Capital Markets S.r.l
