This note reads: “Rox, Thank you for facilitating the discussion Friday! You have stepped into a leadership role that was created by your sense of ‘doing theright thing!’. Well done, Mr. Blue.” This note was given to me by my grade 8 teacher after I initiated and lead a class discussion. This was one of my first experiences demonstrating leadership. I felt very proud of myself especially because my teacher had recognized and rewarded me. This was definitely a defining moment for me.

Grade 8 graduationThe completion of junior high was a very important time for me. I had learned a great amount of valuable traits and grown as an individual.

2007 Girls VolleyballIn high school I played basketball and volleyball. Our girls volleyball team were east regional champions and won numerous tournaments. This photo is the year we qualified for OFSAA which was a big accomplishment for us . I gained a tremendous amount of teamwork skills being apart of this team.

Ontario Secondary School DiplomaI graduated from Woburn Collegiate Institute. This was an special accomplishment for me because I am the oldest of three sisters and it is important for me to set good examples for them to follow.

Jamaica 2012Summer vacation with my sister in the beautiful Jamaica. One day I would like to raise money and provide school bags and supplies to the children of the poorer parishes .

Beauty Collections Inc.This is me at work. I work at Beauty Collections Inc where we sell a variety of beauty supplies like hair extensions, hair appliances, hair products and a multitude of salon accessories. In this picture, I am explaining the details of a hair product to a customer. I enjoy teaching customers about our products and most importantly building long term customer relationships.
