Influent Tank. Influent Tank. This tank is 3 floors in height. TheInfluent tank is the 1st filter. It filters the solid

wastes.



Influent Aeration Tank Influent Aeration Tank . In this tank, it supplies air belowto minimize the odor. Sludge are present in thistank. Sludge are good bacteria that eats badbacteria.



ClarifierClarifier. . In this process, the sludgepulls down the dirt. Only the water on the top is clean. Tinning is done.

Then it goes to the chlorinator.



Chlorinator. It this stage,chlorine is added. Sir Raffyadds 3 drums of chlorine

everyday.



Sand Drying BedSand Drying Bed. It filters again the water for the

neglected solids. Second filtration.



After in the sand drying bed, the water is stored in atank. It·s the Recycled Water. Recycled Water. It is used for watering

the plants, washing but NOT for drinking.

We all know that Saudi is poor in water resources.They used it for taking a bath.

STP passes quarterly result to Department of Environmentand Natural Resources (DENR).

They indicate signs for Recycled water.

They make sure the motors are functioning properly.

The mix the right amount of chlorine to avoid undesiredrecycled water.



The area where solid wastes; biodegradable, non-biodegradable and infectious waste from UMC andDLSHSI are stocked and being managed is in EcoEco--WasteWaste.



Waste that cannot be broken down by other livingorganisms may be called nonnon--biodegradable.biodegradable.

Segregation of waste is done in the Eco waste when thewastes is delivered. Green plasticGreen plastic is for biodegradable, black black plasticplastic is for non biodegradable and yellow plasticyellow plastic is for infectious waste.

- All establishments are required to have a vialcrusher to prevent from being sold and be used or recycled.

for rubbers.

The municipal garbage collector collects theresidual wastes 2 times a week.

For Infectious/ Hazardous WastesFor Infectious/ Hazardous Wastes, DLSHSIcontracted and pay for Hauler. The name of thehauler is Clean Hauler Clean Hauler .

They treat the wastes to avoid harm before puttingit into dumpsites.

The hauler collects the wastes yearly.

The dumpsites are located, one in Trece Martires

City, Cavite and the other one is in Quezon City.
