ELIGIBILITY:Current of former client of Rosalie Hall.Under 30 years of age at the start of school year.Enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited post secondary institution (as designed by OSAP of other provincial assistance plan)Residents of Toronto GTA, Ontario.
