about American Drew

where to find it

With its open shelves, open side and tall legs, this handy piece captures the open, airy ambiance of a beachside home.

Finished on both sides, it makes the perfect wall divider in an open space. Placed against the wall, the wall color shows through, maintaining a lightweight look.

A coastal, exotic look that takes you back to your

favorite vacation destination.

Antigua combines island-inspired textures

with wind-shaped silhouettes and a sandy

color palette. Clean lines, light coloring and

open shelves are like a breath of fresh air.

The simplicity and clean design of this

collection of bedroom, dining room, home

office and occasional furniture let you take it

in a variety of style directions - from a

sophisticated resort-style to a breezy coastal

look with a little tropical flare!

Happy hour at home has never been easier!

You’d never know there was room for a stocked bar behind these cabinet doors! Just open the doors, flip up the top and you’ve got all your sup-plies at hand… and plenty of space to brew up exotic drinks. Just add bar stools!

If you need space to work, but don’t have room for a full-fledge home office, here’s the perfect solution.

Packed with function, this cabinet’s doors fold all the way back (they also make a good place to post a calendar or bulletin board). With the doors closed, clutter, cords and equipment disappear.

Founded in 1927, American Drew is an established supplier of middle-priced and

upper-mid-priced bedroom, dining room, home office and occasional furniture in traditional,

transitional and contemporary styles.

Famous for their 18th-century Cherry Gove collection (in its 42nd year of production),

American Drew also produces a popular Bob Mackie Home Collection (inspired by the fashion

designer himself) and Jessica McClintock Home—a collection that extends this designer’s

romantic formalwear looks to furniture.

American Drew supplies products to retailers in North American and around the world. Its

affiliated companies include Lea Furniture and Hammary; its parent company is La-Z-Boy.

American Drew products can be found at fine retail stores across the United States and Canada.

Storing the table leaf inside the table saves space in the closet and protects your table’s wood leaf top from being damaged while moving or storing it.

This practical design lets you effortlessly expand the table to 84” with a 20” leaf.

… 9 things that make it memorable.

2 Antigua looks fresh and youthful...and with a twin bed option, it’s a good choice for a girls or boys room.

Twin beds also make a practical choice for guest bedrooms, condos and master suites where separate beds may be preferred. 5

Antigua’s tall, elegant cabinet provides good storage —complete with removable shelves for a TV and drawers on the inside and outside.

With its mix of bamboo, rattan and primavera woods, this piece works as a good focal point in a bedroom or a living room.

The rattan and bamboo textures and windswept silhouette of Antigua’s chairs and bar stools look tropical and breezy.

But their size and density make them surprisingly sturdy; a finger-hole at the very top of the chair’s back keeps them easy to move!

Handy wine cubby cabinets are designed to be used on their own or clustered to create the look of a wine cellar!

Optional open-shelf cabinets (with puck lights) let you store wine glasses, bottles or favorite objects above.

Antigua’s clean lines look good next to a high-tech, flat-screen television.

But its bamboo and woven rattan design also bring welcome warmth to high tech. And there’s no assembly required for the TV stand...

Hand-crafted masks, fish, human figures or animals recall island cultures where wood is plentiful and artisans know what to do with it!

From ferns to palm trees, large-leafed plants are perfect for filling corners. Bright tropical flowers are ideal in accents in vases on tables and counters.

From ceramics and plates to wood masks, fish or parrots... hand-painted objects add an island vibe that feels casual and looks one-of-a-kind.

Whether using photos, nautical themes or beach scenes, leaning framed wall art against the wall feels relaxed, and lets you cluster a few favorites together.

A product of the sea itself, glass is an ideal choice for accessories… from glass bowls to glass lamp bases to collections of vases or tumblers.

They add texture and take us back to the beach! Use seashells in artwork or as accents on a table. Display smaller seashells in glass or woven bowls.

Nothing says island style… or relaxes us as quickly as a wicker or rattan accent chair. Pile it full of cushions and add an ottoman for extra comfort.

They exude island style and are easily installed in place of a ceiling light. Look for a leaf shape or other simple design in textured wicker or white.

Simple matchstick or wood blinds are one of the easiest ways to add island texture. Use them alone, or pair them with light-diffusing drapes.
