I am a graduate of Northwest State Community College.
I have achieved my goal of graduation through hard
work and dedication, and with the support of my
family, friends and faculty. As a graduate, I am now an
alumni of the Northwest State Community College. In
this capacity, I have earned the privilege of a mutually
beneficial and lasting relationship with the college
and its community.
Today, I move forward to embrace new opportunities
and to meet the challenges that lie ahead. But as I do,
I also recognize that my NSCC experience will remain
forever an important part of my life. The opportunity
a Northwest State Community College education
confers upon me is the responsibility to help ensure
the continued strength of this great institution.
I pledge to support Northwest State Community
College in its commitment to excellence in education
and to use my time and talents to help those who
strive to obtain an education at NSCC. I promise to
support and engage in projects and activities of the

As a Northwest State graduate, you are one of an elite group of over 7,000 alumni who continue to distinguish themselves in the various fields of business, engineering, healthcare, arts and science and public services. Although your time as a student has come to a close, an important component of your college experience continues on even after the commencement ceremony has ended. The NSCC Alumni Association gives you the opportunity to stay involved in the campus community while connecting you to a growing network of fellow alumni who continue to support the college and its mission long after leaving campus.
NSCC Alumni Association MissionThe mission of the NSCC Alumni Association is to engage alumni interest while promoting loyalty and strengthening relationships with students, community and alumni.
Alumni Legacy ScholarshipBecome an Association member and support future NSCC students! All monies received from the NSCC Alumni Association membership dues are used to fund the Alumni Legacy Scholarship. This is a scholarship that is awarded annually to students who are family members of NSCC alumni. Annual dues are offered at a bronze, silver, gold or platinum level membership.
Stay ConnectedThe Alumni Association is working on developing an accurate and up-to-date alumni database in order to connect with our graduates. We invite you to take a few minutes to fill out the form included in this brochure, or send an e-mail to [email protected] and provide us with your current contact information as well as any other information you would like to share. This will ensure that you receive relevant news and
information from the college.
Alumni RecognitionEstablished in 1998, the Distinguished Alumni Award honors those alumni who have achieved recognized prominence in their chosen career and who have made significant contributions to their profession, community and to the lives of others. Recipients of the Distinguished Alumni Award represent the ideal of a committed, industrious and caring individual to whom the Northwest State college community may look to as an example. Nominations for this prestigious award are requested each spring from area professionals as well as the faculty, staff and alumni of Northwest State. All NSCC graduates are eligible for nomination.
