OVERALL In our opinion, the facilities and amenities provided by the builder are good and stand up to the mark. As the price range is on the higher level it will suit the budget of home buyers belonging to the upper middle class and higher income class. The project is also targeted at NRI and corporates at higher levels in the organization. Overall it is a unique project and one of the largest projects in Pune with importance given to high tech amenities and Smart digital homes.
