Experienced designers and installers provide made-to-measure installations for the home and garden. We offer outdoor living solutions, such as awnings and glass rooms, as well as physical security, with a range of domestic shutters, roller garage doors, grilles and entrance gates.

On-site manufacturing facilities ensure complete control over physical security production processes. Our Secured by Design insurance-approved shutters and grilles have passed independent testing by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB). We also install award-winning awnings and glass room products on behalf of leading German designers Markilux and Weinor.

Roché meets independent quality control standards, including BS EN ISO 9001: 2000, and all products are CE marked. The company is a member of The Door & Hardware Federation, Construction Line and the Guild of Master Craftsmen. Domestic customers will receive a 5 year guarantee as standard.

AWNINGS

The traditional wall mounted awning. These models are available in a choice of sizes and with cassette, semi cassette and open designs. See pages 6-7 for more information on our patio awning product range.

PATIO

Block glare and heat transfer with a conservatory awning. These roof mount-ed designs can be fitted either under or over the glass. Like our other awnings, it will be finished in your choice of colour and style.

CONSERVATORY

Relax in style under an award-winning awning. We offer a wide range of retractable awnings from leading German engineers Markilux and Weinor. Innovative fabric options provide aesthetic flexibility through a wide choice of materials and colours. All fabrics offer a degree of rain protection. The awnings are available in different designs to provide shading to outside spaces, conservatories and windows and our experienced surveyors will tailor a solution to suit your needs. We can also install matching accessories such as integrated heating and lighting.

FABRIC ROOF & BUTTERFLY

Freestanding and partially supported awnings are capable of covering large areas. They are a solution for open spaces, providing added stability when exposed to strong winds. The cover is still retractable for shading on demand.

Vertical and drop arm awnings prevent light ingress and control the temperature inside your home. Side blinds extend horizontally from a wall, enclosing outside spaces for added privacy and shelter when the sun is low in the sky.

VERTICAL & SIDE BLINDSRoché’s awning covers are made from technologically advanced materials. We offer light and air permeable, waterproof and UV stable fabrics from world-class collections, in an assortment of colours and patterns.

The highest level of protection for your awning. The fabric and mechanism are fully enclosed inside a cassette when the awning is retracted. This means these parts are sealed away from rain, wind and dirt, and also protected from vandalism.

FULL CASSETTE

A semi cassette awning protects the fabric and mechanism from above and the side. The underside remains open, leaving the fabric and arms exposed from underneath the awning.

SEMI CASSETTE OPEN

An open awning is not enclosed within a cassette, although a coverboard can provide protection from above. This type of awning is ideal for well protected locations, such as underneath a roof overhang.

PATIO AWNINGSPatio awnings are Roché’s most popular domestic shading solution. These wall mounted designs have electric remote control operation as standard, with an intelligent vibration sensor to retract the awning in windy conditions. Optional sun sensors can extend the awning in good weather, while manual operation is available for applications without a power supply. Maximum widths and projections vary between models and some can be coupled to cover larger areas.

GLASS ROOMS& VERANDAS

Add all weather protection and make your patio usable all year round. This elegant glass roof is a standout example of German engineering. It has a sturdy safety glass and aluminium construction, with a choice of framework colours and integrated guttering.

TERRAZZA

Glass elements can be used to enclose the Terrazza. Find a balance between fresh air and a comfortable temperature with a combination of fixed and sliding walls. Partitions which turn around corners are also available.

VERTICAL GLAZING

Roché design and install Weinor’s glass room systems. The Terrazza glass roof can be installed independently, or combined with sliding walls and door elements to form the enclosed Glasoase room. The entire installation is bespoke, from the shape and size of the roof to the design of the vertical glass elements. With complete control over every aspect, it is possible to create the perfect glass extension.

GLASOASE

The Terrazza can be fully enclosed to create the Glasoase room. This feature will extend your living space into the garden with virtually uninterrupted views.

Manage shading and control temperature with Weinor’s roof and vertical awnings. Other accessories include lighting bars and infrared heaters which can be integrated into the Terrazza or Glasoase.

ROLLER GARAGE DOORS

Our best selling roller garage door. Insulated aluminium slats minimise heat loss, and a choice of colours, wood finishes and options means you can create an aesthetic which complements any property.

CLASSIC

Designed for garages with limited overhead space. The Compact has a smaller slat profile and box size, enabling you to enjoy all the advantages of a Classic in a smaller enclosure. An ideal solution if space above the door is restricted.

COMPACT

Roché has more than 30 years' experience in physical security, and this background has enabled us to develop the ultimate range of roller garage doors. Unique security features, versatile designs and a made-to-measure service ensure the perfect installation. Our doors are powered by advanced Somfy motors with remote control operation, a courtesy light and alarm, and a wide choice of colours, all as standard. We offer three alternate product designs; the Classic, Compact and Elite.

ELITE

For an uncompromising level of protection, the Elite meets insurance approved strict security standards. It has passed testing by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB), achieving an SR1 rating for resistance to forced entry.

STANDARD COLOUR CHOICESBlend in or stand out with Roché’s selection of standard painted finishes. Special RAL colours are available on Classic and Elite doors for a surcharge.

WOOD LAMINATE FINISHESWood laminate finishes are available for a surcharge. They add a premiumappearance to one side of the roller garage door.

In addition to our standard colour range, certain profiles can be powder coated to any RAL colour. Our in-house facilities enable us to match colour schemes of your home.

POWDER COATING

The shutters roll up into a bevelled enclosure as standard, but circular housing can be incorporated if preferred. This streamlined option is often considered less obtrusive than a traditional angular box.

ROUND BOX VENTILATION SLOTS

The M411 and M511 shutters are available with or without integrated ventilation / light slots to allow light and air ingress as necessary.

Small perforated holes (P37* / P77*) and larger punched vision slots (V37* / V77*) provide see-through vision and light flow as necessary. Polycarbonate panels are available to infill punched slots.

VISION OPTION

Insulated shutters incorporate a polyurethane core designed to control the temperature in your home and maximise sound insulation.

INSULATED LPCB ELITE

LPCB shutters have unique security features and are Secured by Design and insurance approved. Certified by BRE Global they have undergone testing by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).

Electric shutters are operated via an internal wired wall switch as standard, but wireless remote control operation is increasingly popular. Group control and / or mobile phone activation is also available.

CONTROL SYSTEMS

SECURITY SHUTTERSRoché design, manufacture and install quality roller shutters for the home. Our unparalleled experience in manufacturing and installing security shutters to prestigious commercial clients has proven invaluable to our domestic customers. Combining style and security, these products are made to measure for windows, doors and other openings and are available in a range of standard colours. Security shutters can be electrically or manually operated dependant on size and application, but the majority are motorised for ease of use.

Experienced craftsmen will create a unique gate which is perfectly in keeping with your home. It can be manufactured in hardwood, aluminium alloy or mild steel, and accessories such as intercoms, keypads and underground magnetic loops are available for ease of access.

ENTRANCE GATES

GRILLES & GATES

Roché’s entry level Diamond grille is utilised in low risk domestic properties and acts as an effective deterrent with a traditional grille appearance.

DIAMOND X/SThe Classic is the most popular security grille in the domestic market. It is insurance approved and has been tested and certified by the LPCB to LPS 1175 SR1.

CLASSIC X1/S1The Vulcan grille has been tested and certified to LPS 1175 SR2 requirements. Installed in high risk premises, it incorporates bolt cutter resistance and has even been bomb blast tested.

VULCAN X2

Security grilles maximise natural light without compromising security. They act as a powerful deterrent to criminals, and different security levels are available including insurance-approved Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) designs with security ratings between 1 and 3. Access is via a multi point locking system and all solutions are made to measure, with a choice of X or S shaped lattices and fixed or retractable bars. The grilles and burglar bars are white as standard and the security shield is black, although other colours are available on request to match your home’s features.

A perforated steel mesh to protect windows from vandalism. It maximises natural light while retaining its strength, and is commonly used on at-risk ground floor windows.

SECURITY SHIELDThese 20mm steel bars rotate to withstand hacksaws, although they can be fixed in place if required. They are fitted horizontally or vertically and are suitable for windows and other openings.
