Our Mission• Because of our thorough understanding of the military (J-12), domestic (FCC, NTIA

and State) and international forums, the company can also assist in developing and executing successful strategies in all spectrum policy, management, technical, and regulatory matters

• Primary focus is assisting in developing and executing successful strategies in domestic telecommunications matters relating to the FCC, NTIA and the ITU

• Forte is in preparations for, attendance and advocacy at International Telecommunication Union (ITU) meetings (ITU-R) and treaty conferences (WRC’s), wherein RMT SA has over twenty (20) years of experience. Additional participation in Regional Radiocommunication Groups (CITEL and CEPT), when and if warranted

• Both principles participated in WRC-97, WRC-2000, WRC-2003 and are heavily involved with US preparations for WRC-11

• RMT SA also has over twenty (20) years direct experience in military spectrum management issues and problem solving

RMT ServicesServices offered are identification of prospective principles and points to be established, development of rationale and arguments to be made, performance of technical analyses of underlying factors, and assistance in drafting and editing of pleadings and technical appendixes. RMT also offers:

– Strong advocacy in presenting and defending customer and US positions, including accepting chairmanships or drafting assignments where this yields a tactical advantage

– Preparations for Meetings - development of technical analyses, proposals and position papers; reviews of inputs; monitoring of activities and identification of potential customer issues, including review and analysis of input documents from other administrations

– Meeting Participation - thorough understanding of the meeting process (both formal and informal), personal contacts with key delegates in nearly every administration and coordination with off-site support

– Technical research and analyses - modeling and assessment of frequency usage and sharing situations

– Regulatory research and analyses - identify and assess applicable domestic and international regulations and procedures with respect to stated customer requirements

– Analysis of spectrum options to support customer requirements - including analysis of domestic or international policy or regulatory issues that may hinder accomplishment of customer objectives

Company Facilities• RMT has the capability to create custom software for analyzing

complex interference scenarios. The company also uses commercially available software packages such as Visualyze and Satellite Tool Kit (STK).
