Natalya Vasiljevna Dmitrjuk, Emeritus Academician-secretary of branch

LINGUISTICS (16), Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, Professor, Professor of the

Department of Linguistics of the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical Institute,

Shymkent, Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1986, at the Institute of Linguistics of the

Academy of Sciences of the USSR (Moscow) she defended her thesis "National-

cultural specificity of lexical association". In 1999-2000 she trained in full-time

doctoral studies at the Institute of Linguistics, Russian Academy of Sciences Sector

psycholinguistics and communication theory (Moscow), where he defended his

doctoral thesis "Forms of existence and functioning of linguistic consciousness in

inhomogeneous lingvo-kultural environment" in May 2000. Since 2001 she has been

working again at the Department of the Russian Language at the Shi MKTU, in 2003

she was awarded the academic title of Professor (Full Professor). In 2004, for a

worthy contribution to the development of the scientific sphere, SKO was awarded

the diploma "The Best Scientist of the Year", and in 2006 became the holder of the

state grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

"The Best Teacher of the Year". According to the results of scientific activity she was

twice appointed as "State scientific grant MES to scientists and engineers who have

made outstanding contributions to the development of science and technology"

(2006-2008 and 2010-2012 gg.), More than 30 years collaborating with the

psycholinguistics and communication theory IaA RAS (Moscow). Merits of N.V.

Ualikhan Kibrayevich was born in 1949 in a. Kitaevka of the Chayanovsky (now

Baidibek) district of the South Kazakhstan region in a family of teachers. In 1972, he

graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute and

worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature in secondary schools in the

Algabassky (now Baidibek) district and the city of Shymkent, in 1985-1989. -

Methodist of the Russian language and literature in the Shymkent regional institute

for the improvement of teachers, since 1989 - a teacher, senior lecturer, associate

professor of SPI, AIU, head of the department of Russian and world literature ShI

MKTU. In 1990-1995 he was elected chairman of the trade union committee of the

philological department of the institute.

 U.K. Abdykhanov is engaged in research of the works of the Kazakh word

masters, foreigners and peoples of the CIS, started in the school and the institute of

advanced training of teachers. Cooperating with the Kazakh writer R.Sh.

Seisenbayev, studies the actual problems of the relationship between the

intelligentsia and the people in the literature of the CIS and connects them with the

culture of the East and the West. In 2002, U.K. Abdykhanov defended his thesis at

the Institute of Literature and Art. M.Auezov NAS RK, in 2005 he was awarded the

academic title of associate professor of literature.

U.K. Abdykhanov gives lecture courses, conducts practical classes on the history

of Russian and foreign literature, theory of literature, conducts elective courses and

seminars, and supervises the implementation of diploma and course works, the

pedagogical practice of students.

Associate Professor William K. Abdykhanov participates in international,

republican scientific and theoretical conferences, including in France, Bulgaria,

Poland, the Czech Republic, and England. He has more than 120 published scientific

works, including two monographs, fifteen teaching aids.

The circle of his scientific interests is connected with Russian-Kazakh literary

interrelations and translations. A special place in the literary searches of the scientist

is the work of R.Sh. Seisenbayeva and other Russian-speaking writers of

Kazakhstan and the near abroad.

V.K. Abdykhanov maintains a close relationship with the South Kazakhstan

Regional Institute of Continuing Education for Teachers, participates in the

organization and conduct of regional Olympiads and competitions of creative works

humanities gulch. She has taught college English for over 25 years and is the "Arts"

liaison with the University of Arizona's College of Science (various boards and
