One (1) complimentary room night stay voucher for superior category of room including

breakfast for a couple. Subject to availability. (Taxes as applicable) valid anytime during the

course of a valid membership card

Two (2) vouchers for a 50% discount on rooms (applicable only on rack rates) & subject

to availability valid anytime during the course of a valid membership card

Two (2) vouchers for complimentary desserts only with meal at the restaurant for up to 6

people dining

Three (3) vouchers for complimentary non- alcoholic drinks at the restaurant or bar

(Choice between soft drink, soda or juice (1 voucher which entitles one drink), excluding mocktails

Three (3) vouchers for complimentary alcoholic drinks at the restaurant or bar (Choice between Rum, Whisky, Vodka or Regular Indian Beer) I.M.F.L regular 25 M.L drink.Excluding cocktails

Two (2) vouchers for a complimentary K.G cake valid anytime during the entire year

excluding chocolate cake only while dining at the restaurant

One (1) voucher for a 50% discount on the total food bill excluding beverages for up to 10

Two (2) transferable vouchers entitling the members guest the same card discount i.e. 2

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi membership card / package fee is Rs. 5000 plusapplicable taxes for one entire year

2. The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi membership card / package once purchased cannot

cancelled or refunded

3. The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi membership card is non transferable, only 1 (one)

card per table, per dining visit will be accepted4. The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi membership card is not valid in conjunction with

other promotions, and orders made off premises. E.g. Happy Hours, or other promotions

5. The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi membership card is an individual, non- transferablecard that is personally embossed with the members name, number and expiration date. This

card does not entitle the members to any credit facilities therefore the payment should be made

by cash or credit card on presentation of the bill.6. Membership benefits will be honored only upon presentation of a valid membership card.

7. The membership card discounts and vouchers will all be valid for 12 months from date of

purchase. All lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. An administration fee of Rs.

1000 will be charged to the member and replacement will be issued with the same expirationdate.

8. The membership card is the property of The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi who

reserves the right to withdraw membership privileges or retain or recall the card in cases ofmisuse or misconduct / behavior to the Hotels environment by the member or their guest.

9. All the vouchers must be presented with a valid The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi

membership card.10. Benefits will only be awarded upon the presentation of corresponding

voucher.

11. Members are entitled to use any three category of vouchers of their choice atone time / per visit. However the 50% discount on voucher on a table of 10 people cannot be

clubbed with the card discount on the same table

12. Please note that lost of gift vouchers will not be replaced.

13. All the vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other special rates orpromotions. These vouchers are strictly subject to terms & conditions written at the back of the

vouchers. All vouchers issued will only be valid until the expiration date as stated on the

corresponding membership card.14. Benefits will only be honored upon the presentation of the corresponding gift

vouchers. Please note loss or theft of vouchers are the members responsibility and therefore

will not be replaced. Money cannot be refunded in such case.15. Limitation of Liability - The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi if found

liable to the member or his guest then such claim is strictly limited to the annual cost of the

membership Rs. 5000.

16. For administrative and accounting purposes, The Ramada Plaza JHV HotelVaranasi and its associated companies may hold relevant information provided by purposes

specific to the membership programme.

17. The Ramada Plaza JHV Hotel Varanasi and its marketing vendor companyHotel Solutions India as a matter of policy does not sell, rent or exchange its lists with other

companies directly or indirectly related to the membership programme
