Tasting Notes
• Excellent purple-crimson colour, deep but clear; an unashamedly
full-bodied wine, black fruits in a girdle of grippy tannins; long-
term cellaring should resolve those tannins.
Tasting Notes
• A perfect Barossa Shiraz with great fruit that comes from bold
cassis upfront, then cherries and berries, and a great mixture of
acidity, woods and spice, as well as rounded and balanced
tannins with great long finish. The wine goes definitively diet on
chocolate, but you could just chew on a piece of choc when
enjoying this wine! A must try for those who love Aussie Shiraz.

Tasting Notes
• Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2008 Shiraz Meshach shows
off a very spicy nose redolent of sandalwood, black olives and
dried berries with fruit cake, black licorice and potpourri scents.
Full-bodied, it is rich and very spicy with some oak poking
through, a crisp acid line and medium-firm, velvety tannins to
frame the long finis h.

Tasting Notes
• Literally sex in a bottle. This has
been my favorite Cabernet for 4
years. I can never get enough.
Tasting Notes
• Very deep red/purple colour. The bouquet is all about
concentrated, perfectly-ripened cabernet fruit embellished with
stylish oak. Cedar and berries. The wine is very intense and cast
in an elegant but full-bodied style, with red berry fruit in
abundance on the palate. The tannins are emphatic but fine and
restrained, beautifully tailored. A lovely wine indeed - to cellar
or enjoy now.

Tasting Notes
• The Dead Arm 2015 Shiraz is d'Arenberg's big, broody red with blackberry and clove on the nose. On the palate, the blackberry flavours are ripe, creamy and sweet on the mid-palate finishing with cedar spice and some salinity. The low yielding vines that produce the grapes for this wine are called the dead arm as they look so wizened and ancient. The grapes are picked in small parcels and remain separate until final blending. They're gently crushed then transferred to five tonne headed down open fermenters. Drink now and for the next 15 years.

Tasting Notes
• Wow.... if you don't mind spending $100 on an Aussie wine as
long as it delivers - this is it. Flawless. Hugely extracted beauty.
Full of complexity on the nose and palate. Precise aromas and
flavours I will leave for you to discover. Ready now or could be
aged for 6 years as it will plateau beautifully. A wine your
guests will remember for quite some time.

Tasting Notes
• Rich, velvety blackberry and plum flavors show toasted walnut
and sandalwood accents in this rich and generous red, which is
spicy and detailed on the long, lingering finish. Drink now
through 2030.

Tasting Notes
• The Velvet Glove is an Australian Shiraz with strength, depth
and finesse. The 2016 has a perfumed nose of berries and
mixed spice. The first sip gives way to juicy blackberry and
cassis, followed closely by decadent dark chocolate and black
pepper notes. With the depth of licorice, and a cherry like
intensity; the fine lattice of tannins are seamless amongst the
fruit, yet still provide that opulent mouthfeel that Velvet Glove is
consistently notorious for. A wine of pure indulgence.

Tasting Notes
Medium to full bodied with a depth of flavour yet lightness on
the palate that unfolds in layers of complex dark mulberry
fruits and savoury nuances with persistence and finesse. Oak is
present, yet understated and supportive of the fruit. The palate
is long and even with fine, tightly woven mineral-like tannins
supporting exceptional flavour length.

Tasting Notes
Containing just a dollop of 4.1% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2005 Grange is about 85%+ Barossa fruit with the remaining proportions coming from McLaren vale and Coonawarra. It was aged for 18 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads. The nose begins a bit animal with some smoked game, mincemeat and bacon notes emerging over the freshly crushed, sun-warmed blackberries, black currant cordial, earth, black truffles, anise and allspice. Rich and full with very firm very fine tannins and very crisp acid, it gives a long finish layered with coffee, mincemeat and toast. Drink it 2013 to 2025+.

Tasting Notes
• Bright red-purple; highly fragrant spice, cedar, red and black
berry aromas, oak evident but not excessive; it has a silky,
velvety texture and mouthfeel to a beautifully balanced
medium-bodied palate brimming with black fruits; wonderful
length and finish. Surely one of the best Hill of Graces.

Tasting Notes
• This stunning Fortified Shiraz from d’Arenberg Wines presents a
deep cherry red colour lined by beautiful crimson tints. A swirl of the
glass reveals rich fragrances of pipe tobacco, Christmas pudding and
baker’s chocolate. Scintillating aromas of fresh violets, nutmeg,
ginger, cloves and cinnamon lurking in the background enhance the
perfumed bouquet. This generous Shiraz is dense and structured on
the palate, brimming with nut, fig, dried apricot, plummy sweet fruit
and exotic spice characters. These intense flavours are supported by
natural acidity and chewy tannins, which eventually culminate in a
warm and lingering finish. This delightful red wine tastes marvellous
with chocolate desserts and blue cheese.

Tasting Notes
Gorgeous from the get-go, with toasted sesame, green tea,
walnut husk, pistachio cream and peanut toffee notes seamlessly
layered atop one another, framed by a subtle singed alder hint.
Everything glides with grace through the finish, like a gently
wafting plume of white smoke off of burning incense.
