RIK is a state agency working under the Ministry of Justice. RIK’s main goal is to

jurisdiction.

Central Commercial Register

The register is based on the central database of Registration Departments of the Courts. This central database includes digital data of the Commercial Register, the Register of Non-profit Associations and Foundations and the Commercial Pledge Register.

Information is updated every hour and the information is available in both Estonian and English. The register contains historical data since 1995.

Land Register

The Land Register is a register of ownership relations and limited real rights established on the registered immovable for the benefit of third persons.

Land Register offers online services based on the database of the Land Register of the Registration Departments of the Courts.

Official Announcements

Official Announcements is an online service based on announcements which by law are mandatory to be published.

E.g. legal advertisements, court announcements and summons etc.

e-Notary

e-Notary is the environment that helps notaries in their work and organizes electronic communication between notary and state. e-Notary enables to make trustworthy inquiries from the national registers, compile contracts, register procedures and invoices and forward entries into the national registers.

e-File

E-file is a central information system currently being developed (implemented in 2010), which is going to provide an overview of the different phases of the criminal, civil, administrative and misdemeanor procedures, procedural acts and court adjudications to all the parties involved.

It is an integrated system for proceedings, which enables the exchange of information simultaneously between different parties,

e.g. Police -> Office of Public Prosecutor -> Courts -> Bailiffs -> Prisons -> Probation officers.

Company Registration PortalCompany Registration Portal (CReP) is a portal for the entrepreneurs to communicate with the registration departments of the courts and the Central Commercial Register to perform different acts in the register.

Entrepreneurs can submit an application for entry, a list of the members of supervisory board with their personal data and changes in it, a list of auditors with their personal data and changes in it, submit telecommunication numbers submit information about changes in the area of activity and submit annual reports.
