HUMAN RIGHTS 1. No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, protection, or property without due process of the law. 2. Everyone has the right to freedom of speech, expression, and press and dissemination of it. There shall be no censorship. These rights are limited by the provisions of the laws for the protection of the State. 3. All persons are equal before the law and are entitled to equal protection. No one may be prejudiced or favored because of his sex, his faith, his ancestry, his race, his language, or his state. 4. No person shall be held in slavery or servitude. 5. The right to primary and secondary education. Higher education shall be accessible on the basis of merit. 6. The right to a citizenship. No one shall be deprived of his/her nationality nor denied the freedom to change. 7. Everyone has the right to freedom of abode and of movement within the limits of law except upon lawful order of the court. 8. The right of to freedom of establishment of religion and ideology and free exercise without discrimination are inviolable. Undisturbed practice shall be warranted. 9. The right to marriage of men and women of full age. Marriage and family shall enjoy the protection of society and the state. 10. The right of the people to security in their houses, papers, and searches, which may be lawfully ordered only by a judge or by other organs as provided by law. 11. The right to privacy of communication and correspondence, letters and posts shall be inviolable except upon order of the court or in cases of interest in national security.

15. Everyone has the right to assemble peacefully and unarmed.

These laws are created in hopes of establishing a safe, peaceful, and progressive country. All the rights are legally protected by the Constitution, including the amendments. These laws are valid for the entire people. The laws, general and certain, apply equally to and shall govern the people. It is ensured that each person has a private sphere, a protected circle which the government cannot encroach upon. Freedom and moral agency shall be preserved. Protection of the fabric of society shall be promised, and justice is ensured. Social order shall also be maintained. These laws are only possible if the people live and work together.
