The RHT is available in 3 standard configurations:
• Radial-inflow open-flume vertical or horizontal turbine: flexible configuration for low-head projects, and ideal for drop-in retrofits of old low head Francis turbines
• Axial-flow pit turbine: both short, open-flow intakes, and pipeline configurations
• Z-turbine: for 6m-10m head, allows very compact powerhouse
The customer can choose between direct drive and geared solutions for power takeoff. Variable speed solutions are available for applications with substantial fluctuations in head.
