Rhoanne Louezie B. Belgira (Philippines)

Rhoanne  Louezie  Belgira  was  born  in  Iloilo,  Philippines,  in  

25th   February   1995.   She   grew   up   in   Pototan,   Iloilo,   Philippines  

and   moved   to   Iloilo   City   when   she   reached   College.   She  

graduated   her   secondary   education   at   St.   Paul   School-­‐Barotac  

Nuevo  and  currently  a  student  of  St.  Paul  University  Iloilo,  taking  

up   Bachelor   in   Elementary   Education   major   in   Preschool  

Education.   She   is   also   the   current   Vice   President   of   External  

Affairs   of   Paulinian   Student   Government   in   the   said   university.  

This  will  be  her  last  term  being  a  Paulinian  student  leader.  Before  

she  was  also  the  VP  for  External  Affairs  and  she  believes  that  she  

can   do   the   tasks   given   to   her   easily   because   she   was   already  

used  to  be  in  the  said  position  

She  is  a  servant-­‐leader  because  since  she  was  a  Common  

First   Year   Paulinian   (CFP)   she   already   joined   the   Paulinian  

Student  Government  and  attended  many  seminars,  conferences,  

and  leaderships  in  some  of  the  places  in  the  country.  It  made  her  

more  equipped  to  be  a  better  leader  and  most  especially  to  be  a  

better   follower.   She   is   also   active   in  many   social   networks   and
