REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) INVITED BY PEDA TO SET UP CANAL TOP SOLAR POWER PROJECTS IN PUNJABWITH UPTO 3 CRORES CFA
Objective: Punjab Energy Development Authority hereinafter referred to as PEDA acting through it Director invitesinterested Bidders to purchase the RFP document to participate in the bidding process for the selection ofBidder(s) for procurement of 15 MW CANAL TOP solar power for long term purchase of power from GridConnected Solar PV Power Projects through tariff based competitive bidding process. Total offer capacity is 15MW Bidders are free to choose any of the location on the given canals between the given RD’s. A CFA of 30%project cost will be provided to successful bidder for the execution of the project with maximum CFA subsidy ofINR 3 crores

Bid documents will be open on 14th July 2015 and Bid must be submitted to PEDA on or before 17:00 hours(IST) onor before 11th August 2015 .The techno-commercial bid will be opened at 12.30 hours on 13th August 2015 inpresence of such bidders or their authorized representatives who would like to attend the bid opening. If it is apublic holiday on the last date for submission of the Bid, the submission and the receipt of the Bid shall be on thenext working day at the place of submission of Bid. The date of opening of financial bid will be intimated later on.
