It’s easy to set up a trial of VIDA in your lab and discover its capabilities first-hand.
The trial is conducted under a free of charge sale and return basis. No payment is taken until the trial is completed and you wish to move forward in purchasing the product.
Step 1 Select a balance, PH meter or spectrometer that you would like to use for your VIDA trial.
Step 2 Send us your equipment’s full make and model number.
Step 3 If your equipment is not already a part of our vast library, we will create the necessary protocols.
Step 4 We arrange a date with you to install VIDA in your lab.
Step 5 Our team arrive to install VIDA in your lab. Installation takes approximately 10 minutes.
Step 6 We provide full training on using VIDA. Training takes approximately 30 minutes.
Step 7 Use VIDA as much as possible during your trial to experience the benefits of this revolutionary technology.
Step 8 After 30 days, a member of the VIDA team will be in touch for your feedback.
